Add a product

Steps

1. 1Go to Catalog › Products and click New product.
2. 2On the General tab, enter the name. Brand, description and tags are optional.
3. 3On the Pricing tab, enter the sale price and the cost price.
4. 4On the Stock tab, enter the opening stock. It is booked as your first stock lot at the cost price.
5. 5On the Barcodes tab, scan or type a barcode. If you leave it empty, LISPA creates one.
6. 6Choose a category, add photos on the Media tab and click Create product.

Good to know

• To sell the product online, switch on Show in the webshop on the Online channels tab.
• Adding a lot of products? Use Import products on the Products page (CSV or Excel).
• You need at least the Manager role to create products.
