Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try LISPA free for 14 days. Nothing is charged today; billing starts after the trial unless you cancel.

Are the prices including VAT?

No. All LISPA prices exclude VAT. VAT is added on top at checkout and shown separately on your invoice.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled per month. Your data stays available to view and export.

Which payment providers can I use?

Pay.nl, for card terminals at the till, online payments in your webshop and payment links on invoices. You can also accept cash, bank transfer and payment on pickup.

Which printers and scanners work?

Receipt printers from Epson (via QZ Tray) and Star (network printers), or printing through the browser. Zebra label printers via QZ Tray. Barcode scanners that work as a keyboard, and the camera of your device.

Does LISPA work without internet?

No. LISPA runs in the browser and needs an internet connection.

Can I import my products?

Yes, from CSV or Excel (.xlsx), including categories, stock and up to three image links per product.

Is a website included?

With a webshop, appointments or the B2B portal, yes. You can also choose the website on its own.

Can I use my own domain name?

Accepted Answer

Connecting your own domain name is not self-service yet. Contact us and we will set it up with you. Domain registration and email hosting are not included.

Is LISPA accounting software?

Accepted Answer

No. LISPA handles sales, invoices, stock and your website. You can store expense receipts, but bookkeeping is done in your accounting software.
