Set up MyParcel

Steps

1. 1Go to Webshop › Shipping and add your shipping methods and prices.
2. 2On the MyParcel card, click Connect. Choose the carrier, set a default parcel weight and paste your MyParcel API key.
3. 3Save and click Test connection.
4. 4Optional: switch on Create shipment automatically after payment.
5. 5For a paid order: open it under Sales › Orders, click Prepare shipment and then Create shipment.
6. 6Click Label (PDF) to print the label. The track & trace code appears on the order and in your customer's account.

Good to know

• LISPA checks the shipment status at MyParcel automatically. You do not need to set up a webhook in MyParcel.
• MyParcel is for webshop orders that are shipped, not for pickup orders or till sales.
• Labels are A4.
