Connect your own domain

Use your own domain name, such as shop.yourcompany.com, for your LISPA website.

Where to find it

Settings › Website settings › Own domain

Open in LISPA →

Steps

  1. 1Contact us first. We check whether your plan includes your own domain and prepare the connection.
  2. 2Go to Settings › Website settings and scroll to Own domain.
  3. 3Enter your domain without https:// (for example shop.yourcompany.com) and click Save domain.
  4. 4At your domain provider, add the DNS record shown on that screen. For a subdomain this is a CNAME record pointing to app.lispa.io.
  5. 5DNS changes can take up to 24 hours. We let you know when your domain is fully active.

Good to know

  • Domain registration and email hosting are not included in LISPA.
  • Keep your old website online until your domain points to LISPA.
