Move to Lispa without losing your catalog

Independent retailers evaluating migration-service need software that matches daily counter work, not a demo built for flagship stores.

Lispa is modular headless retail SaaS: start with POS or invoicing, add webshop, appointments, wholesale or service pages when the business is ready.

Pricing is published per active user seat with one signed-in device per seat — no opaque module bundles that hide true monthly cost until implementation.

Stock, customers, invoices and optional website channels share one catalog and one backoffice, so you are not reconciling two systems after every busy weekend.

EU-oriented hosting, GDPR-aware data handling and clear subprocessors matter when customer records, repair histories and payment data live in the cloud.

Migration from legacy kassa software or spreadsheets is supported through our migration service for early annual subscribers — see /migration-service for scope.

Every comparison on this page is written to be honest: we note where a competitor may still fit better so you can make a grounded decision.

Validate workflows before committing: start a trial at /signup and explore demo tenants that mirror phone repair, fashion and B2B wholesale patterns.

Hardware such as receipt printers and label devices connects from Settings → Hardware using common ESC/POS and ZPL drivers used in European shops.

Payment collection for your customers uses Stripe, Mollie or other tenant-configured providers — separate from Lispa platform billing for your subscription.

Website modules include SEO meta fields, editable menus and product feeds for Google and Meta when you enable those channels.

Repair-led retailers benefit from model lookup pages, basket flows and appointment slots without buying a separate CMS or booking tool.

Wholesale and B2B scenarios use logged-in portals with customer-specific price lists on the same stock engine as counter sales.

Reporting covers register close, revenue history, stock valuation and FIFO lot tracking for shops that care about margin, not just turnover.

Support responds within one business day on weekdays; help documentation covers POS, stock, website and appointment setup in depth.

Quotes, invoices, payment links and VAT-aware documents are available from the invoicing base or full POS stack depending on your signup choice.

Held receipts, pay-on-pickup flows and quick product search by name, SKU or barcode keep queues moving during peak hours.

Role-based permissions and multi-user seats let owners, floor staff and accountants access only what they need.

Domain and email hosting are not bundled — we provide DNS cutover checklists and optional assistance during migration.

Internal linking across /pricing, /pricing/retail, website modules and industry pages helps teams discover the right module mix.

What is not included

Historical accounting migration beyond agreed scope, multi-year archive imports, custom ERP integrations and domain or email hosting are quoted separately. We focus on getting your live catalog, customers and opening stock into Lispa so you can trade — not on rebuilding every legacy report your old vendor ever exported.

Complex variant matrices, non-standard barcode schemes or proprietary repair pricing engines may need a short discovery call before we commit to a fixed migration window. We will tell you upfront if your source files need cleanup first.

Typical retail catalogs under 2,000 SKUs migrate within three to five business days after we receive clean exports. Larger catalogs or multi-location stock splits are scoped in writing before import starts so you know exactly which SKUs, customers and opening quantities land on day one.

We map categories, VAT rates and customer email fields from common Lightspeed, MplusKassa, spreadsheet and CSV exports. If your legacy vendor uses a proprietary format, send a sample export when you request a migration call — we will confirm feasibility before you subscribe.

DNS cutover guidance is included: point your public shop domain to Lispa storefront settings when you enable website modules, or keep using the default shop URL during parallel running. Domain registration and email mailboxes remain your choice; we do not resell hosting as part of the migration bundle.

After import you validate products, spot-check customer emails and run parallel sales for a short period if you prefer — we do not force a big-bang cutover on a Friday evening unless you want one.

Frequently asked questions

Lispa is a European cloud point-of-sale and backoffice platform built for independent retailers, repair shops and service businesses. You start with modular pricing — a POS register from €59 per workstation or invoicing from €39 — and add webshop, appointments, wholesale or a service website only when you need them. Stock, customers, receipts and optional online channels share one tenant, so your team works from a single source of truth instead of juggling separate tools. Data is hosted in the EU with GDPR-aware defaults, export and audit trails. Lispa targets shops that want counter speed without ERP complexity.
